I completed the Season 1 Round 4 Special Event “Aston Martin V8 VANTAGE GT2 Limited Series” and won this car!
When I first joined the series, I wasn’t willing to pay the high upgrade cost required to get the car, but I liked the car so much while driving that I ended up finishing it. I spent over 1,000,000M$ + 300G for the upgrade cost.
However, the only series I can participate in with this car is the Endurance GT Racing, GT2 2009 season in the Motorsports category. So if you don’t have enough money, I don’t recommend you to acquire the car (I’m a non-paying racer, so I don’t have a lot of money, but I’m excited about this one).
This car was developed by Aston Martin Racing to comply with the FIA and ACO GT2 car regulations. The production model had an aluminum body, but this car uses carbon fiber panels in various parts. It is equipped with aero parts such as front splitter, rear diffuser, rear wing, and flat floor. The engine is based on the 4.3L V8 engine of the production model, and has been tuned by installing racing parts.
In real history, the V8 Vantage GT2 debuted in the American Le Mans Series in 2008 and has raced for several teams since then. The car also competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2011 with two different race teams, but ended up retiring.
I’m going to keep winning in Real Racing 3 and get my money back!
